Do you really come to people's homes to see their pets?
Yes, I am one of only a few veterinarians that will come to your home to treat your pet. This unique service can be very helpful to those unable to get to a traditional veterinary facility. One of the most beneficial aspects of this service is for pets that don't travel well or don't mingle well once they have arrived at a clinic. By coming into your pet's environment, I have the benefit of observing a pet in it's home environment without the stress of travel or being placed in a stressful clinical situation. There are some limits with a housecall practice but most treatments are available. Surgeries are not done in the clients home but are brought to my mobile unit for surgery and close observation during recovery. |
